I especially love to pastors, elders, churches, denominations, leaders, principals, educators, schools, human services and NFP organisations, boards, chaplains & pastoral / spiritual carers, spiritual directors, counsellors, supervisors, cross-cultural workers, youth workers ... anyone who uses their gifts and resources, individually or collectively, to help others flourish.
